Initiatives

Utilizing the TREATY Model, TCETSA designed programs that focus on solutions to barriers Indigenous people face when seeking employment.

All our programs are designed around the TREATY Model process for the purpose of focusing on solutions. It uses a holistic approach to community enhancement where departments, industry and employers are working together to guide the Indigenous workforce into meaningful and sustainable employment.

With this model and our partnerships, we continue to strive for solutions that will provide every First Nations person with opportunities to succeed.

The clientele eligible to apply for assistance under the programs and served by the organization under its programs include all self-identified First Nation peoples residing on reserve or off-reserve or in an urban community located in and around the Tribal Chiefs Ventures region of Treaty Six.

*Please note: All of T.C.E.T.S.A.’s I.S.E.T. Sub-Agreement Holders are located throughout the North-Eastern section of the Treaty Six borders within Alberta.
