Our services are 100% free to employers. There’s no cost to recruit, hire, or grow your Indigenous workforce through TCETSA.
In which areas do TCETSA work?
TCETSA supports employers across Alberta. With our Head Office in Edmonton and offices in Lac La Biche, Bonnyville, and Lloydminster, we recruit and refer candidates from our six First Nations, other Indigenous Nations, and all qualified candidates across Alberta.
Do you fill temporary positions?
No. TCETSA focuses on long-term employment, strong job matches, and retention—not temporary placements.
Can TCETSA help with additional job readiness and training?
Yes. TCETSA offers training and employment readiness programs and has dedicated funding to support job readiness, skills training, and workplace success—helping candidates prepare for and stay in long-term roles.
